Readmission from Suspension
If you are in the process of submitting readmission paperwork, please see below to make an appointment with a SOAR Advisor. Walk-ins are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Re-admit paperwork must be present and signed by School academic advisor for a walk-in readmit appointment.
Step 1
Initiate the readmission process with your academic advising office in your major area.
Step 2
After your academic advisor has signed the readmission form, please make an appointment with a SOAR advisor. Our office is located at MC 1.312.
Step 3
Follow the instructions on the “Readmission from Suspension” form.
